Terms & Conditions
Bryn Awelon Cottage,
Moelfre, Anglesey |
We offer a warm and friendly welcome to all our guests and do
everthing possible to ensure they enjoy their stay with us - however
we do have a few terms and conditions which apply to the cottage and
are listed below :
- for a booking to be confirmed a 25% non-refundable cheque deposit
is required ( cheque made payable to Mrs M. Thomas please). the
balance for the booking is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival
otherwise the booking will be lost
- if a cancellation is made within four weeks of arrival date we
reserve the right to charge the full amount for the booking. To
avoid these charges we suggest guests take out holiday insurance (we
can provide details if required)
- to book the Cottage less than 6 weeks before the holiday
commences will require the full amount to be paid at the time of
booking
- the Cottage will be available from 3.30 pm
on day of arrival unless you make other arrangements with Mary or
Gary. Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10.30 am on the day
of departure
- Bryn Awelon has a strict no smoking policy in the Cottage - if
guests wish to smoke outside they are asked to dispose of their
butts in a safe and tidy manner
- no pets are allowed
- no children under 10 years in the B&B
- hirers of the cottage are expected to take
reasonable care of the cottage and ensure that it is left in the
same condition as at the begining of the rental. Under no
circumstances can the number of guests in the Cottage exceed those
stated at the time of booking.
- if a hirer should breach any of these
conditions the owner of the property reserves the right to re-enter
the property and terminate the rental without prejudice to any other
rights and remedies of the owner. |
